About the role
- Lead the team to support customer and performance measures
- Engage with customers to understand business needs
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Resolve customer issues and manage third-party service level agreements
- Assist management with tasks related to process improvements

Requirements
- 4 years minimum required experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with electronic payments (ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT)
- Solid understanding of financial products and banking/regulatory environments
- Ability to own transactions from start to finish
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects
- Proficiency in evaluating and designing controls and remediating risks
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process optimization
- Skilled in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred.
