• Lead daily operations across 3rd Party Domestic Replenishment and Hot Market/Event Manufacturing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality in all product flows.
• Manage and develop a team of managers and specialists, fostering accountability, efficiency, and professional growth.
• Build, onboard, and evaluate vendor partnerships, ensuring capacity, quality, cost, and speed while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Merchandising, Inventory, and Logistics to align forecasts, inventory flow, and execution strategies.
• Serve as the primary escalation point during live events, balancing speed, quality, and cost in real-time decision making.
• Track and report on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) including OTIF (On-Time In Full), SLA (Service Level Agreements), and vendor performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strengthen systems, reporting, and workflows that support both steady-state replenishment and high-pressure hot market execution.
• Identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and establish best practices that enhance overall team and vendor performance.
• Travel to key markets and facilities to oversee on-the-ground operations, resolve issues in real time, and ensure seamless execution and partner accountability.
• Manage calendar adherence, driving efficiency, visibility, and scalability as Hot Market, Events, and Replenishment demand grows.
• Align across the 3rd Party team and internal facilities to deliver flawless execution.
• Support other business needs, initiatives, and priorities as required to ensure organizational success.
