Lead daily operations across 3rd Party Domestic Replenishment and Hot Market/Event Manufacturing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality in all product flows.
Manage and develop a team of managers and specialists, fostering accountability, efficiency, and professional growth.
Build, onboard, and evaluate vendor partnerships, ensuring capacity, quality, cost, and speed while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Merchandising, Inventory, and Logistics to align forecasts, inventory flow, and execution strategies.
Serve as the primary escalation point during live events, balancing speed, quality, and cost in real-time decision making.
Track and report on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) including OTIF (On-Time In Full), SLA (Service Level Agreements), and vendor performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Strengthen systems, reporting, and workflows that support both steady-state replenishment and high-pressure hot market execution.
Identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and establish best practices that enhance overall team and vendor performance.
Travel to key markets and facilities to oversee on-the-ground operations, resolve issues in real time, and ensure seamless execution and partner accountability.
Manage calendar adherence, driving efficiency, visibility, and scalability as Hot Market, Events, and Replenishment demand grows.
Align across the 3rd Party team and internal facilities to deliver flawless execution.
Support other business needs, initiatives, and priorities as required to ensure organizational success.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or event-driven production, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated success leading teams in both steady and fast-paced environments.
Strong vendor management skills, including onboarding, evaluation, and long-term relationship building.
Experience managing performance against KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and vendor scorecards.
Strong knowledge of apparel production timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements preferred.
Proven experience managing 3rd party vendors and supply chain partners, ensuring accountability across cost, capacity, and service expectations.
Solid background in manufacturing and logistics processes, with the ability to bridge daily execution and long-term operational efficiency.
Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong knowledge and understanding of major sports leagues and special event dynamics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
Ability to travel up to 25% to support vendors, events, and onsite execution.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, conditional formulas) and the Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint), with the ability to build and maintain clear operational reports/dashboards to drive decisions.
