About the role

  • Fanatics is seeking experienced developers to join our WinCraft team in Hyderabad.
  • This role focuses on maintaining and modernizing our ERP and manufacturing systems built using technologies including RPG, PHP and SQL.
  • Support critical functions like Shop Floor Management, Inventory, and Fulfillment.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain ERP modules using RPG, PHP and SQL.
  • Refactor legacy code for improved maintainability and performance.
  • Build APIs and wrapper services for integration with modern systems.
  • Manage IBM DB2 database schemas, stored procedures, and optimize SQL queries.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Document legacy business logic and assist in migration planning.
  • Provide incident resolution and break-fix support for ERP stack.
  • Implement CI/CD practices for legacy systems.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in RPG, CL, PHP, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with IBM i.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP domains: Shop Floor Management, Inventory, Fulfillment.
  • Understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and batch-driven workflows.
  • 5+ years of ERP development experience with RPG (preferred).
  • Exposure to Infor XA or similar low-code platforms (nice to have).
  • Prior experience in retail or supply chain ERP systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
