About the role
- Own and drive the marketing data science strategy across lifecycle optimization
- Independently lead large-scale and complex data science initiatives
- Take full ownership of project execution
- Develop advanced statistical models and ML systems
- Act as a thought partner to senior marketing and product leaders
- Advance analytical and ML capabilities
- Establish best practices for modeling and experimentation
- Provide technical mentorship and uplevel data scientists
- Drive cross-organizational alignment through storytelling
- Collaborate closely with engineering partners
- Partner with CRM, Digital Marketing, Data Engineering, and ML Engineering
- Communicate complex insights clearly to audiences
Requirements
- BS or higher in a technical or quantitative field
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in marketing data science or related disciplines
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing science use cases
- Strong proficiency in applied statistics and ML
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to lead complex analytical initiatives independently
