About the role

  • Own and execute the MarTech roadmap, including:
  • Real-time app → event ingestion (SDK-based)
  • Event message governance (inc. real-time lifecycle triggers)
  • Push, IAM, and CRM infrastructure
  • Revenue attribution and performance reporting foundations
  • Translate quarterly Growth priorities into clear product plans, sequencing, and delivery milestones.
  • Partner with Mobile, Data, and Martech Engineering to:
  • Define and implement standardized app event schemas
  • Move the organisation from batch to near-real-time event-driven journeys.
  • Ensure stable, performant SDK logging across iOS and Android.
  • Enable CRM and Growth teams to:
  • Trigger journeys based on real user intent.
  • Build audiences and segmentation based on behavioral, transactional, and loyalty signals.
  • Personalize messaging with product-level, pricing, FanCash, and loyalty context.
  • Ensure suppression logic, edge-case handling, and data quality guardrails are built in from day one.
  • Act as the single product owner for MarTech initiatives spanning App, CRM, Data, and Growth.
  • Write clear PRDs, technical requirements, and success metrics for complex platform work.
  • Drive prioritisation, sequencing, and trade-offs across multiple teams and dependencies.
  • Proactively identify risks around data quality, performance, identity stitching, and platform limits.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience as a Product Manager owning MarTech, Growth, CRM, or Data-heavy platforms for a consumer app or digital product.
  • Proven experience shipping event-driven marketing or lifecycle systems at scale.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Mobile app instrumentation and SDKs
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent CRM platforms)
  • Attribution platforms (e.g. AppsFlyer)
  • Analytics pipelines (Amplitude, Snowflake, CDPs)
  • Comfortable operating at the intersection of product, engineering, data, and marketing.
  • Highly structured thinker who can simplify complex systems and articulate clear plans.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working in fast-moving, multi-team environments with real business impact.
