About the role

  • Lead the development of VIP analytics strategies
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership
  • Design and implement scalable performance dashboards
  • Transform high-level goals from senior leadership into actionable plans
  • Identify and capitalize on new areas of opportunity within the VIP segment
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Loyalty teams
  • Mentor and develop a team of junior analysts

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis, strategic analysis, or a similar role
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proven experience in managing and developing analytics teams
  • Advanced expertise in dashboard creation and reporting
  • Complete proficiency in SQL
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-impact projects
  • A passion for working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Familiarity with the sports betting and iGaming industries is a bonus
