About the role

  • Write user stories, gather product requirements, and execute on product roadmap objectives specifically within our promotions, rewards, and loyalty domain
  • Use data and research to drive insights and recommendations to the online casino product roadmap (and other roadmaps throughout FBG)
  • Own product features end to end - from developing the back office/ops requirements, to working with design to build excellent and intuitive customer journeys to launching the feature
  • Work with third party partners to quickly improve existing customer journeys or bring new ones to life
  • Develop a relationship with promos, ops, commercial teams to understand current gaps and opportunities within our product that, when addressed, will make Fanatics Casino a more rewarding experience for our customers
  • Drive the go-to-market discussions for new product features, and partner with our commercial and marketing stakeholders to ensure successful launches
  • Be a passionate subject matter expert on Fanatics and FBG products and the real money gaming and entertainment industry
  • Develop a deep understanding of the FBG platform, assets, customer base, and the unique position of FBG in the gaming and sports industry
  • Think through and articulate user flows, edge-cases and user journeys that produce unparalleled product quality and experiences for users
  • Work with UI/UX and engineering teams to build elegant and beautiful digitally native app experiences across iOS and Android
  • Work closely with marketing, analytics, UI/UX, and Operations to understand user preferences and product successes and failures; synthesize and integrate these learnings into feature decisions on the product roadmap
  • Contribute directly to product KPIs and related business objectives and metrics
  • Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team building activities.

Requirements

  • 3 plus years’ experience as a Product Manager, preferably in an agile, B2C digital native app focused product organization
  • 3 plus years experience building end to end product features and enhancements (from back office requirements, to back end system understanding, data requirements, and front end customer facing functionality)
  • Preferred 2 plus years experience working directly on back office/CMS improvements or enhancements
  • Deep passion for building excellent user experiences, especially within the rewards and loyalty space
  • Expert ability to effectively communicate and partner with engineering
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to simply and clearly articulate product decisions and value propositions to leadership
  • Collaborative personality, with an ability to seamlessly work cross-functionally across different teams at Fanatics
  • Experience in the online gaming or casino industry a plus but not required
  • Located in a legal online casino state (PA, NJ, WV, or MI).
