• Provide individual tele-therapy to patients requesting regular sessions using FamilyWell’s virtual platform
• Conduct psychological intakes for referred patients
• Document patient progress and share treatment recommendations
• Facilitate treatment plan modifications for patients needing more intensive care
• Develop and deliver Care Plans post-session with actionable insights

Requirements

Licensed mental health provider with an active license in MA
Ability to practice independently without supervision
Formal perinatal/peri/menopause mental health training or at least 1 year of clinical experience with pregnant and postpartum patients is strongly preferred
Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) from Postpartum Support International is recommended but not required
Proof of certification in Peri/Menopause treatment is recommended but not required
