About the role
- You are the "Owner" of our most important customer relationships
- Responsible for planning, controlling and the stable operation of our solutions for large customers
- Ensure service quality and compliance with SLAs
- Monitor the "run" mode of your accounts
- Act as an escalation point for critical incidents
- Manage Key Accounts and secure retention
- Produce technical concepts and service descriptions
- Document customer requirements
- Calculate pricing for additional projects and service extensions
- Provide process consulting to customers
Requirements
- Several years (minimum 5+ years) of professional experience in technical account management, IT project management, or as a Service Delivery Manager (SaaS/IT environment)
- Experience in organizational responsibility for IT services
- Understanding of software architectures and cloud/on-premise solutions
- Fluent German and very good English
