About the role

  • You are the "Owner" of our most important customer relationships
  • Responsible for planning, controlling and the stable operation of our solutions for large customers
  • Ensure service quality and compliance with SLAs
  • Monitor the "run" mode of your accounts
  • Act as an escalation point for critical incidents
  • Manage Key Accounts and secure retention
  • Produce technical concepts and service descriptions
  • Document customer requirements
  • Calculate pricing for additional projects and service extensions
  • Provide process consulting to customers

Requirements

  • Several years (minimum 5+ years) of professional experience in technical account management, IT project management, or as a Service Delivery Manager (SaaS/IT environment)
  • Experience in organizational responsibility for IT services
  • Understanding of software architectures and cloud/on-premise solutions
  • Fluent German and very good English
