About the role

  • You coordinate a smooth process for accident victims: from claim intake to the successful assertion of all claims
  • You communicate in writing and by phone with clients, insurers, partners and authorities
  • You enforce all claims of our fairforce clients using modern legal-tech tools
  • You organize and arrange appraisers, rental cars and other network partners
  • You support our clients empathetically and with a solution-oriented approach during a difficult and exceptional situation

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience handling motor vehicle accident claims (proof required)
  • Confident use of a laptop and common software solutions
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork — solitary offices bore you
  • Customer-focused, structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • At least 1 year of experience in client advising (desirable)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
