About the role
- Utilize Hubspot, LinkedIn, cold calling, and strategic email campaigns to generate new sales opportunities.
- Maintain assigned leads as well as general industry contacts to manage the top of the sales funnel and allow for up-to-date sales data.
- Schedule product demonstrations/technical discussions with Account Executives and potential customers.
- Continually fine-tune persona-specific messaging to quickly explain the value proposition of FairCom’s database software solutions.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of sales development or business development experience in the software development industry.
- A clear communicator with experience in cold calling & making outbound phone calls and emails.
- A minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience.
- Must have professional proficiency working with HubSpot and/or other CRM Systems
- Must have professional proficiency working with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Position Preferences**
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience with Inbound & Outbound Sales tools (Automation, Bots, etc.).
- Experience with sales or customer service in the DBMS industry.
