💰 €15 - €16 per hour

About the role

  • You are the link between our customers and the regional management
  • As the on-site point of contact, you assist parking users and our clients
  • You are responsible for internal audits and quality assurance
  • You monitor compliance with posted parking regulations
  • You document violations when parking rules are disregarded
  • On site, you check signage for stability and condition as well as consumable supplies at the locations and replenish them as needed
  • You assist new employees with onboarding

Requirements

  • Valid driving license (Class B)
  • Availability to work shifts Monday through Saturday (40 hours/week)
  • Good command of German
  • Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Independent, responsible and conscientious working style
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Relevant experience such as: security staff, security services, certified protection and security specialist, experience in airports/retail/shipping/logistics, parcel delivery, courier driving, service staff, drivers/delivery drivers
