About the role

  • You act as the liaison between our customers and regional management
  • As an on-site contact person, you are available to parking users and our clients
  • You are responsible for internal audits and quality assurance
  • You check compliance with posted parking regulations
  • You document violations when the parking rules are disregarded
  • On site, you inspect signage for stability and condition and check consumables in the locations, replenishing them as needed
  • You support new employees during their onboarding

Requirements

  • Valid Class B driving license
  • Willingness to work Monday to Saturday in shifts (40 hours/week)
  • Good German language skills
  • Strong proficiency with smartphones and mobile apps
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Independent, responsible and conscientious working style
  • Strong communication skills, personable and team-oriented
  • Relevant experience (e.g., security officer, security service, Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit), or experience in airports, retail, forwarding/logistics, parcel delivery, courier work, service roles, or as a driver/delivery driver
