About the role

  • You serve as the link between our customers and regional management
  • As the on-site contact, you are available to parking users and our clients
  • You are responsible for internal audits and quality assurance
  • You monitor compliance with posted parking regulations
  • You document violations of the parking regulations
  • On-site, you inspect signage for stability and condition and check consumable supplies at the locations, replenishing them as needed
  • You support new employees during their onboarding

Requirements

  • Valid Class B driving license (or equivalent)
  • Willingness to work shifts Monday through Saturday as part of a 40-hour workweek
  • Good command of German
  • Strong proficiency and comfort using smartphones and mobile apps
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Independent, responsible, and conscientious working style
  • Strong communication skills, plus contact-building ability and teamwork
  • Relevant experience (desired): as security personnel, in security services/guarding, as a specialist in protection and security, in airport/retail/freight/logistics environments, as a parcel delivery driver, courier, service staff, driver, or delivery driver
