About the role

  • You are the link between our customers and the regional management.
  • As the on-site contact, you support parking facility users and our clients.
  • You are responsible for internal audits and quality assurance.
  • You check compliance with the posted parking regulations.
  • You document violations when parking rules are ignored.
  • On site you inspect signage for stability and condition and check consumables at the locations, replenishing them if necessary.
  • You support new employees during their onboarding.

Requirements

  • Valid Class B driving licence
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday in shifts (40 hours per week)
  • Good command of German
  • Strong proficiency and comfort using a smartphone
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Independent, responsible and conscientious working style
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Relevant experience, e.g. as security personnel/security service, certified protection and security specialist, or in airports/retail/shipping/logistics; or in roles such as parcel delivery driver, courier, service staff, driver or delivery driver
