About the role

  • Responsible for end-to-end management of individual FreeFlow projects from project initiation
  • Support from planning through implementation to successful project completion
  • Ongoing support for existing customers beyond the project phase
  • Develop, maintain and monitor project plans
  • Coordinate all required actions and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards
  • Central point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Professional oral and written project communication
  • Coordination and management of external and internal project stakeholders
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient project execution
  • Project controlling including progress and quality monitoring
  • Initiate appropriate measures and escalations in case of deviations
  • Actively contribute to the development and standardization of project processes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Office Management Clerk, Industrial Clerk, Insurance and Finance Clerk) or a comparable degree
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, project-focused sales or comparable activities
  • High willingness to travel nationwide and a valid Class B driver's license
  • Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills and confident negotiation skills at decision-maker level
  • Structured and independent working style with a strong customer focus
  • Analytical thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset
