About the role
- You are the link between our clients and the regional management
- As an on-site point of contact, you are available to parking users and our clients
- You act as the designated officer for internal audits and quality assurance
- You check compliance with the posted parking regulations
- You document violations when the parking regulations are disregarded
- On site you inspect signage for stability and condition and check consumable supplies at the sites, refilling them if necessary
- You support new employees during their onboarding
Requirements
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday in shifts as part of a 40-hour workweek
- Good German language skills
- Strong proficiency with smartphones
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Independent, responsible and conscientious working approach
- Strong communication, interpersonal and team skills
- Experience such as security officer, in security services, Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit (specialist for protection and security), in airport/retail/forwarding/logistics operations, as a parcel delivery driver, courier driver, service staff, driver or delivery driver
