About the role
- You act as the link between our customers and regional management
- As the on-site point of contact, you are available to parking facility users and our clients
- You are responsible for internal audits and quality assurance
- You monitor compliance with posted parking regulations
- You document violations when parking rules are disregarded
- On site you check signage for stability and condition, as well as consumable supplies at the locations, and refill them when necessary
- You support new employees during their onboarding and training
Requirements
- Valid Class B driving license (car)
- Willingness to work shifts Monday to Saturday, 40 hours per week
- Good knowledge of German
- Strong smartphone proficiency
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Independent, responsible, and conscientious working style
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team skills
- Preferred experience in security services (e.g., security officer, specialist for protection and security) or in sectors such as airport, retail, freight/forwarding, logistics; or experience as a parcel courier, courier driver, service staff, driver, or delivery driver
