About the role
- You are the link between our customers and regional management
- As the on-site contact person, you are available to parking users and our clients
- You are responsible for internal audit and quality assurance
- You monitor compliance with posted parking regulations
- You document violations when parking regulations are disregarded
- On site you check signage for stability and condition and inspect and replenish consumables in the stores as needed
- You support new employees during their onboarding
Requirements
- Valid driving license (Class B)
- Willingness to work shifts Monday to Saturday (40 hours/week)
- Good German language skills
- High proficiency with smartphones
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Independent, responsible and conscientious working style
- Strong communication skills, ability to build contacts and work in a team
- Experience in security work or security services, as a certified protection and security specialist, or experience in airport, retail, freight/ logistics, as a parcel courier, courier driver, service staff, driver or delivery driver
