About the role

  • You are the link between our clients and regional management
  • As the on-site contact person, you are available to parking users and our clients
  • You are responsible for internal audits and quality assurance
  • You monitor compliance with posted parking regulations
  • You document violations when parking rules are disregarded
  • On site, you check signage for stability and condition and inspect consumable supplies at the locations, refilling them as needed
  • You support new employees during their onboarding

Requirements

  • Driver’s license (Class B)
  • Willingness to work Monday to Saturday in shifts, based on a 40-hour week
  • Good German language skills
  • Comfortable and confident using a smartphone
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Independent, responsible, and conscientious working style
  • Strong communication skills, and good interpersonal and team-working abilities
  • Experience as security staff/in the security service, as a specialist for protection and security, or in airport/retail/freight forwarding/logistics; also experience as a parcel delivery driver, courier driver, service employee, driver, or delivery driver is advantageous
