About the role
- You are the link between our customers and the regional management
- As the local contact, you are available on-site to parking users and our clients
- You are responsible for internal audit and quality assurance
- You check compliance with posted parking regulations
- You document violations when parking rules are disregarded
- On site you inspect signage for stability and condition and check consumables in the stores/markets, refilling them as necessary
- You support new employees during their onboarding
Requirements
- Valid Class B driving licence
- Willingness to work shifts Monday through Saturday as part of a 40-hour work week
- Good command of German
- Strong proficiency with smartphones
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Independent, responsible and conscientious way of working
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Relevant experience e.g. as a security officer, in security services, as a specialist for protection and security, in airports/retail/shipping/logistics, as a parcel deliverer, courier driver, service staff, driver or delivery driver
