• Responsible for the stable operation of the Microsoft 365 tenant, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Online – from system monitoring to rapid incident resolution.
• Manage user, group and permission structures in line with defined governance policies and clear access rights.
• Develop and maintain consistent standards for Teams templates, SharePoint structures and onboarding processes; efficiently automate recurring tasks using PowerShell and Power Automate.
• Provide technical support for the integration of new sites and entities and carry out smooth data migrations.
• Contribute to the implementation of security policies, sensitivity labels and Purview concepts in close collaboration with Data Protection and the CISO – ensuring compliant and secure use of the platform.
• Produce practical documentation, checklists and guides to support IT teams and end users and actively participate in building internal Microsoft 365 expertise.
• Continuously monitor new Microsoft 365 features, assess their relevance for the company and communicate updates to the affected teams.

• Sie verfügen über ein sehr gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen und haben Erfahrung im Umgang mit 2D- und 3D-CAD-Systemen.
• In Ihrem Aufgabengebiet liegt der Fokus auf der termingerechten Fertigstellung von kundenspezifischen Dokumentationen und der Bearbeitung technischer Sonderlösungen.
• Sie erstellen individuelle Anlagenzeichnungen und Rohrleitungspläne, inklusive der dazugehörigen Stücklisten.
• Mit Ihren Fachkenntnissen unterstützen Sie die Konstruktionsabteilung in einer partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit.
• Sie bieten den Projektleitenden den notwendigen zeichnerischen Support.
• Als Technischer Produktdesigner (w/m/d) tragen Sie maßgeblich zur Sicherheit unserer Kunden bei.

Technischer Produktdesigner, w/m/d

• You have excellent spatial visualization skills and experience working with 2D and 3D CAD systems.
• Your responsibilities focus on the timely completion of customer-specific documentation and the development of technical special solutions.
• You create custom plant drawings and piping schematics, including the associated parts lists.
• With your expertise you support the design department through close, collaborative cooperation.
• You provide project managers with the necessary drafting and drawing support.
• As a Technical Product Designer (m/f/d) you play a key role in protecting our customers: with our preventive fire protection systems we help prevent personal injury and property damage.
