About the role

  • Content creation & storytelling: You develop and produce compelling content for the website, social media, newsletters, whitepapers, case studies and product communications that is accurate, audience-focused and value-driven.
  • Content strategy & SEO: You plan, manage and optimize content activities to increase visibility, reach and lead generation in close collaboration with our external agency partner.
  • Brand communication: You ensure a consistent brand presence and strategically place our content in relevant media and channels.
  • Lead generation: You design, implement and manage email and nurturing campaigns for effective lead generation.
  • Project management: You coordinate content projects with internal stakeholders and external service providers and ensure the smooth execution of all activities.
  • Performance & development: You monitor and analyze content formats and campaigns using relevant KPIs and derive continuous optimization measures.

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, communications, media or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in content marketing, ideally in a B2B or industrial environment
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills and a keen sense for audience-appropriate and brand-compliant communication
  • Practical experience in planning and executing social media activities
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Advantageous: Proficiency with CMS systems (ideally TYPO3) and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Experience marketing technically complex or consultative products/services
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and lead-nurturing processes
