Requirements

  • Proven experience designing and maintaining property-level databases
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate and reconcile siloed datasets
  • Deep knowledge of publicly traded REITs and key real estate data sources
  • Strong understanding of property types and operating metrics
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
