About the role

  • Be a subject matter expert on PEO-PIPE content.
  • Implement new features and enhancements in our collection tools and processes.
  • Participate in the entire development cycle: generating ideas, documenting specifications, supporting development, testing, and collecting feedback.
  • Resolve questions and issues reported by clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain documentation of our methodologies and processes.
  • Ensure timely coverage as well as expand coverage to new markets.
  • Provide support to the collection teams.
  • Support Genesys WFT and Test Manager tools ensuring smooth workflow execution.
  • Manage QC on QC checks, conduct calibration sessions, and deliver PKT and refresher training to ensure alignment in quality expectations, consistent scoring, and continuous skill improvement across the team.

Requirements

  • Experience with PEO-PIPE content set
  • Knowledge of Workflow Tool and Collection App
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to work both independently and cooperatively
  • Strong analytical skills to identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide data driven recommendations for process improvement
  • Good interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage clients and stakeholders effectively
