About the role
- Lead telecommunication sourcing process including supplier selection and management
- Address complex organizational needs and serve as a strategic partner
- Create and implement regional procurement strategies that are innovative and cost-effective
- Build long-term relationships with vendors
- Negotiate with vendors to reduce costs
- Review contract specifications on behalf of the company
- Prepare procurement reports on workload, savings, and projects fruition
Requirements
- Bachelors' degree
- 8 + years experience in procurement, finance, mathematics, or statistics
- 3 + years in a procurement leadership role
- Experience working with the Telecommunications spend category
- Knowledge of Workday is a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
