About the role
- Implementing FactSet’s Execution Management System (EMS) solutions
- Analyze and define business requirements related to client workflows
- Serve as project manager
- Train clients in the use of technology
- Work with regional broker-dealers and third-parties
Requirements
- 5+ years of client service/success experience within a financial services institution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills are required
- Good understanding of multi asset class electronic trading workflow of asset managers
- Proven ability to multi-task
- Hands-on technical experience and proficiency in the following technologies: OMS/EMS, FIX and network, JAVA, Oracle DB, Various server OS Platforms
