About the role
- Project management
- Independently lead complex Salesforce projects from planning through to go-live
- Ensure successful delivery focused on customer satisfaction through quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence
- Plan, facilitate and manage project meetings such as status calls, steering committee meetings and functional workshops
- Coordinate interdisciplinary teams (developers, consultants, SMEs, key users, business analysts, external partners) and ensure efficient collaboration
- Analyze existing business processes and translate functional requirements into tailored solutions within the Salesforce platform
- Manage the full development lifecycle (requirements analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment)
- Conduct quality assurance and implementation reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, security standards and development guidelines
- Plan and run workshops for clients on central CRM topics such as AI strategy & use cases, data quality, and CRM best practices
- Support our sales team during RFPs and proposal creation by preparing CRM roadmaps, effort estimations and project methodology
- Proactively advise and support existing clients on CRM success and CRM evolution
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience managing complex IT/CRM projects
- Strong leadership mindset with the willingness to take responsibility and successfully lead interdisciplinary teams
- Forward-thinking to identify opportunities and risks early and derive appropriate measures
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to convey technical matters clearly and understandably to management, clients and internal teams
- Knowledge and experience with integration, automation and AI agent tools and platforms
- Solid experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
- Expertise in project methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall, hybrid approaches) and experience with Jira & Confluence
- Curiosity for new technologies and trends in the CRM space and evaluating how they can create value for clients
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken, for working on international projects
