About the role
- Oversee and manage legal projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop written deliverables (e.g., slides, reports) independently or collaboratively.
- Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and budgets.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
- Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all legal documents are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a legal or professional services setting.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, methodologies, and procedures.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Formal Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2).
- Experience in legal operations, compliance, or contract management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
