About the role

  • Open and develop the Polish manufacturing market
  • Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline
  • Prospect strategically through outreach, networking, and industry events
  • Lead value-driven discovery conversations
  • Run tailored product demonstrations
  • Own negotiations and close deals
  • Establish Factbird as a trusted partner in the region
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing
  • Maintain structured CRM documentation and forecast visibility

Requirements

  • - Experience in full-cycle B2B sales
  • - Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical B2B environments
  • - Ability to build and develop pipeline proactively
  • - Fluent in Polish and English
  • - Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus)
  • - Structured and thoughtful sales approach (MEDDIC, SPIN, or similar is a plus)
  • - Organized, and self-driven
