About the role

  • Lead and drive the overall delivery of projects, consistently delivering value to clients.
  • Develop and oversee delivery plans, including scope, estimates, releases, and statements of work for engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategy, product vision, and success criteria, translating these into actionable roadmaps.
  • Provide hands-on leadership to delivery teams, ensuring successful outcomes through facilitation and expert guidance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients in product ownership and agile delivery management, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Support the delivery planning phases of discovery workshops, contributing actionable insights and technical feasibility assessments.
  • Lead and facilitate discovery workshops to align client stakeholders and delivery teams, defining the delivery roadmap for the product.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, bridging technical and business domains.
  • Provide deep expertise and trusted advice to clients in product ownership and agile delivery management.
  • Mentor and coach colleagues, focusing on Agile delivery practices and career development.

Requirements

  • Have successfully delivered projects in the past
  • Have a good understanding of agile software development practices and delivery frameworks
  • Have experience in running workshops with multidisciplinary stakeholders
  • Have analytical skills to understand the problem based on data insights and research
  • Enjoy collaborating and encouraging delivery team to deliver success for the client.
