Account Manager

• Proactively generate new sales leads within the local light industrial/warehousing industry, with the intention of creating long term relationships with clients who will utilize Faber's temporary labour platform on a consistent basis
• Determine client's temporary staffing needs and present solutions
• Schedule face-to-face site visits, lunches, meetings, and product demonstrations with clients
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships, ensure client labour needs are being met and any issues are quickly addressed
• Present Faber’s temporary labour solutions to clients and pursue contracts
• Support with closing contracts
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth
• Support with ensuring sales targets are met
