About the role
- Act as a trusted consultant and advisor to senior leaders on organizational matters
- Partner with leaders to diagnose organizational needs and implement effective operating models
- Design and lead large-scale change management initiatives
- Utilize HR metrics and data to identify trends and propose solutions
- Provide high-impact coaching to enhance leadership effectiveness
- Lead and execute strategic talent management processes
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years in a dedicated HR Business Partner role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex business models and operational challenges
- Proven ability to build trust and manage relationships with senior executive stakeholders
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
