About the role

  • Serve as the primary functional expert for the integration and optimization of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)/Cloud Financials, Coupa (P2P), and OneSource (Indirect Tax)
  • Lead the design and implementation of global processes for procurement, accounts payable, and tax automation
  • Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into functional design specifications
  • Execute system configurations across Coupa and Oracle
  • Manage the seamless integration of OneSource with Oracle and Coupa
  • Partner with Integration Engineering team to define data mapping
  • Ensure financial data consistency across systems
  • Provide Tier 3 functional support and mentor junior BSAs

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR) and Coupa (Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses)
  • Proven experience with OneSource Indirect Tax integration
  • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles and global tax compliance requirements
  • Experience with enterprise integration patterns
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale system enhancements or implementations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a related field
