Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for platform observability
Define and Drive the integration with external logging systems
Collaborate with service product leaders to deliver differentiated capabilities to provide insights on traffic visibility, WAF telemetry, and API protection
Align observability investments with SaaS scale, cost optimization, and reliability goals

Requirements

8+ years of Product Management experience with at least 3+ years in building B2B SaaS products
Knowledge in Distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
Hands-on familiarity with observability tools such as: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Mimir, Tempo, Elastic, Datadog, Splunk, etc
Experience building products for multi-tenant SaaS platforms
Knowledge of L4–L7 networking concepts (TCP, TLS, HTTP, gRPC , APIs)
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through delivery in a fast-paced SaaS environment
