About the role

  • Participate in the design of electrical hardware systems, including power distribution, signal integrity, and high-speed interfaces.
  • Develop and review electrical schematics for digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuits.
  • Assist with component selection, power budgets, and design constraints to meet system requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical design standards, EMI/EMC requirements, and thermal management considerations.
  • Perform design reviews for manufacturability, assembly, and test (DFM, DFA, DFT).
  • Generate and maintain all necessary documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test plans.
  • Interface with suppliers and manufacturing partners to resolve technical issues and ensure quality.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical hardware design for high-speed digital, analog, and mixed-signal systems
  • Proficiency with schematic capture and hardware design tools (e.g., Cadence, Altium, Mentor Graphics)
  • Understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, and thermal considerations
  • Experience with high-speed interfaces (DDR4/5, PCIe g5, or Ethernet 100G/ 400G/ 800G)
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
