About the role

  • Lead the transformation of enterprise and product telemetry data into actionable insights
  • Drive measurable value from data and telemetry across the enterprise
  • Define and execute a modern analytics strategy
  • Partner with executive and cross-functional leaders to embed insights into strategic decisions
  • Ensure analytics and data science initiatives contribute to measurable business outcomes
  • Lead the design and operationalization of advanced analytics capabilities
  • Define and standardize telemetry KPIs and success metrics
  • Establish experimentation and hypothesis-testing frameworks
  • Drive the adoption of scalable analytics tools and platforms

Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science
  • Proven senior leadership experience, including building and leading high-performing analytics or data science teams
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leaders at Senior Director, VP, or executive levels
  • Deep expertise in telemetry ecosystems (instrumentation, real-time analytics, user behavior, system performance, operational metrics)
  • Strong experience designing and deploying analytics pipelines, dashboards, and decision-support systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science , Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
