About the role
- Collaborate with Digital and Security team members, business leaders, subject matter experts, and functional team members
- Develop and deliver transformational change campaigns that contribute to strengthen F5’s security posture
- Engage relevant stakeholder audiences to align on program vision and target outcomes
- Facilitate activities such as Voice of Customer, Empathy Mapping, etc. to co-create transformational change programs
- Apply standard change management methods, models, and tools to enable meaningful cultural, belief system, and behavioral shifts within the organization
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR minimum of 3 years of related experience and a Master’s degree in a related field
- Proven experience delivering Change efforts for Enterprise-wide security transformations
- Excellent skill in using MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS benchmarks) and compliance processes a plus
- Experience using Smartsheet is a plus
