About the role

  • Collaborate with Digital and Security team members, business leaders, subject matter experts, and functional team members
  • Develop and deliver transformational change campaigns that contribute to strengthen F5’s security posture
  • Engage relevant stakeholder audiences to align on program vision and target outcomes
  • Facilitate activities such as Voice of Customer, Empathy Mapping, etc. to co-create transformational change programs
  • Apply standard change management methods, models, and tools to enable meaningful cultural, belief system, and behavioral shifts within the organization

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR minimum of 3 years of related experience and a Master’s degree in a related field
  • Proven experience delivering Change efforts for Enterprise-wide security transformations
  • Excellent skill in using MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
  • Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS benchmarks) and compliance processes a plus
  • Experience using Smartsheet is a plus
