About the role
- Own revenue growth for private equity and private credit customers
- Lead, coach, and develop two experienced AEs in a player-coach model
- Actively participate in complex, high-value sales cycles with senior investors
- Build and refine a repeatable enterprise sales motion for the investor ICP
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes with credibility and precision
- Partner with product and leadership to inform roadmap and go-to-market strategy
- Help define the next phase of sales team growth and structure
Requirements
- Have experience as an investor, analyst, or associate, and have sold software to investors
- Understand both the investment workflow and the enterprise sales motion
- Have closed mid to high ticket software deals with long sales cycles
- Are comfortable running complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Bring strong judgment, executive presence, and credibility in investor conversations
- Have people management experience or are ready to step into formal leadership
- Enjoy building while staying close to customers and deals
