Lead and manage all aspects of PRT bid opportunities from initial bid decisioning through commitment agreement execution.
Engage thoughtfully and proactively with PRT consultants leveraging PRT business acumen to cultivate and expand relationships.
Identify and execute opportunities to increase number and quality of PRT distribution relationships
Manage, monitor, and report on PRT sales pipeline.
Lead the development of department strategies which expand PRT and adjacent product capabilities.
Oversee PRT marketing activities which enhance brand awareness of F&G
Coordinate with PRT Pricing, Profitability, and Operations staff to optimize execution on PRT sales opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Treasury, Investments, Legal, IT, and Marketing to ensure that PRT sales opportunities are managed effectively.
Serve as a PRT industry thought leader supporting the development of strategic marketing materials and participation in industry conferences, webinars, etc.
Lead, manage and develop Sales Associate team members.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial services, with a focus on pension consulting
Actuarial credentials is a plus
