About the role
- Serve as the primary liaison between F&G Operations and back offices
- Partner with Operations, IT, Shared Services to recognize trends and drive improvements
- Develop strategic relationships within the industry
- Act as the primary point of escalation for operational issues
- Collaborate with the RM team for communication of changes
- Lead small projects to enhance distributor experience
- Understand operational needs of key distributors
- Escalate service issues and drive positive customer impact
Requirements
- AA or BA degree preferred. Relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
- 3-5 years of financial service experience or life insurance, annuity, retirement plans
- 2-3 years of customer service/relationship building experience
