About the role
- Manage active accounts and maintain client relationships
- Conduct onboarding meetings, check-ins and executive alignment sessions
- Identify churn risks and implement recovery plans
- Negotiate scope, pricing, timelines and contract renewals
- Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell and scope expansion
- Monitor payments and delinquencies
- Serve as the interface between clients and internal teams
- Update CRM (Pipedrive) and log interactions
Requirements
- Experience in account management or post-sales in IT / Cloud / SaaS
- Experience with commercial negotiation and contract renewals
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Pipedrive)
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
