About the role

  • Manage active accounts and maintain client relationships
  • Conduct onboarding meetings, check-ins and executive alignment sessions
  • Identify churn risks and implement recovery plans
  • Negotiate scope, pricing, timelines and contract renewals
  • Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell and scope expansion
  • Monitor payments and delinquencies
  • Serve as the interface between clients and internal teams
  • Update CRM (Pipedrive) and log interactions

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or post-sales in IT / Cloud / SaaS
  • Experience with commercial negotiation and contract renewals
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Pipedrive)
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
