Continuously monitor IT infrastructure, applications, and networks using NOC tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix) and identify, analyze, and escalate alerts or incidents.
Respond to and resolve technical incidents, escalating when necessary, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Track and report on system and network performance metrics; assist with capacity planning.
Perform basic troubleshooting of servers, networks, and applications; collaborate with vendors and third-party providers.
Provide 24/7 coverage on a rotating shift schedule; maintain handovers and be available for on-call support.
Update operational procedures, knowledge bases, and incident reports; prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network operations.
Knowledge of networking protocols and concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, New Relic).
Basic troubleshooting skills for servers, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to adapt to a shift-based schedule, including nights and weekends.
