About the role
- Prospect and qualify potential clients (companies, clinics, partners) using modern sales techniques and inbound/outbound marketing.
- Lead meetings and present solutions convincingly, building trust and strong relationships.
- Create and implement customized sales strategies according to each client's profile and needs.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, sales cycle, CAC), contributing to continuous process improvement.
- Mentor and support the junior BDR team, sharing best practices and fostering collective, collaborative growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior BDR or in an equivalent B2B sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of prospecting, qualification, and deal-closing techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, analytics, and dashboards.
- Passion for challenges, continuous learning, and working in an agile environment (experience with Agile methodologies is a plus).
- Desire to work with new technologies; experience with AI tools is a plus.
