Bachelor’s degree required
2 - 4 years relevant experience
Typically, no less than 2 years relevant experience in professional platform engineering experience or similar role in software development and system administration
Experience delivering software platforms, products, and services targeted at highly technical audiences (i.e. software developers)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation skills and ability to align with stakeholders on expectations
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to make recommendations and measure success
Background as a software engineer (application/system development and quality assurance) is a big plus
Proficient in application development tools.
Skilled in technology business requirements definition.
