About the role

  • Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial, technology, and financial services agreements using both standard and bespoke templates.
  • Skilled in aligning contract terms with commercial, operational, and regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions, ensuring compliance at every level.
  • Experienced in applying local regulatory frameworks, particularly central bank outsourcing rules, during contract negotiations and reviews.
  • Adept at managing the lifecycle of contracts, including drafting addendums and amendments to address changing requirements.
  • Strong understanding of internal contracting policies and risk guidelines, ensuring adherence to compliance processes and data protection obligations.
