About the role

  • Manage the audit engagement by defining audit strategy
  • Effectively manage the Audit process with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues
  • Lead and manage fieldwork on clients’ sites
  • Leverage expertise in accounting frameworks (IFRS)

Requirements

  • A degree and/or progress towards/completion of a recognised accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in delivering external audit and assurance engagements
  • Experience leading the planning, execution and reporting on audits
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to create a positive learning culture and coach junior team members
