About the role
- Lead Sector Sales Team with overall accountability for team goal attainment
- Set sales targets for Sales Team members
- Infuse sales strategy across sector go-to-market teams
- Lead strategic sector pursuits
- Lead and mentor a team of sector sales and account executives
- Serve as the primary account Sales Executive or Account Executive for key clients
- Develop strategic account plans
- Act as the voice of sales on the sector board
- Collaborate with sector leadership and stakeholders
- Bring valuable insights and recommendations to inform sector-level strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (master’s degree a plus)
- 12-15 + years of experience in sales leadership roles
- Strong understanding of the sector's market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in relevant sales and CRM tools/software
