About the role

  • Lead Sector Sales Team with overall accountability for team goal attainment
  • Set sales targets for Sales Team members
  • Infuse sales strategy across sector go-to-market teams
  • Lead strategic sector pursuits
  • Lead and mentor a team of sector sales and account executives
  • Serve as the primary account Sales Executive or Account Executive for key clients
  • Develop strategic account plans
  • Act as the voice of sales on the sector board
  • Collaborate with sector leadership and stakeholders
  • Bring valuable insights and recommendations to inform sector-level strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (master’s degree a plus)
  • 12-15 + years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of the sector's market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in relevant sales and CRM tools/software
