About the role

  • Help make intelligent, informed decisions as an Associate within EY-Parthenon.
  • Support a uniquely diverse portfolio of clients across Africa and EMEIA.
  • Define comprehensive strategies, design operating models, and support SMEs in their international expansion.
  • Engage in creativity to unlock opportunity for clients and amplify the impact of strategies.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or STEM
  • 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting or a related field
  • Outstanding academic performance, including coursework relevant to the position, preferably including quantitative courses in mathematics, business, economics, biologic sciences or engineering
  • Ideally some related work experience through internships
  • Demonstrated interest in related fields through internships, coursework or extracurricular activities
  • A strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative research and analysis
  • Proficient in English and French.
