About the role

  • Identify and map demands for developing employees’ competencies, aiming to better serve the business and support career progression and career planning;
  • Monitor onboarding and integration of new hires;
  • Roll out global programs in partnership with the Organizational Development team;
  • Conduct and monitor performance evaluation processes, terminations, transfers, and employee support;
  • Monitor organizational climate surveys and implement action plans;
  • Reinforce diversity, equity, and inclusion practices;
  • Act as a point of contact with managers, directors, and partners;
  • Manage the area’s performance indicators/KPIs;
  • Advise employees on HR procedures and policies;
  • Build effective relationships and influence others at all levels of the organization;
  • Serve as a bridge between employees and the company using coaching techniques and transparent conversations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Previous experience as a Business Partner;
  • Experience with performance evaluation processes, implementing HR programs, and matters related to organizational climate;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office Suite);
  • Knowledge of English and Spanish;
  • Experience working in a consulting firm.
