About the role
- Identify and map demands for developing employees’ competencies, aiming to better serve the business and support career progression and career planning;
- Monitor onboarding and integration of new hires;
- Roll out global programs in partnership with the Organizational Development team;
- Conduct and monitor performance evaluation processes, terminations, transfers, and employee support;
- Monitor organizational climate surveys and implement action plans;
- Reinforce diversity, equity, and inclusion practices;
- Act as a point of contact with managers, directors, and partners;
- Manage the area’s performance indicators/KPIs;
- Advise employees on HR procedures and policies;
- Build effective relationships and influence others at all levels of the organization;
- Serve as a bridge between employees and the company using coaching techniques and transparent conversations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Previous experience as a Business Partner;
- Experience with performance evaluation processes, implementing HR programs, and matters related to organizational climate;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office Suite);
- Knowledge of English and Spanish;
- Experience working in a consulting firm.
